first work honestly to owners, don't drink in duty hours, don't take diesel, be proper on duty, all respect will come to drivers, my vehicles stopping monthly 5 to 10 days,, asking two days leave and not coming to work....not all drivers some of them (only 10 to 20%) are working good only balance all same problem , my DAD also driver am seeing from childhood and he became a owner now. That much working him so he improved in his life. So do like that and speak you guys will the respect
