No smudge top coats are usually water based, and normal nail polish and glue use totally different solvents! So yeah, if your no smudge top coat isn't totally dry, and you put something different on top, that water gets trapped underneath the layers of Other Stuff and can't escape, and it makes the polish wrinkle. Make sure you give an extra couple minutes between using nail products with super different formulas, to let them dry enough that nothing is getting trapped between the layers.

Your nails look exactly like the ones in the UK when it goes really cold and the webs freeze. They twinkle in the moonlight so adding the little bit of bling nailed it! Beautiful!
