The problem is Hindu parents don't properly introduce religion to them at a young age, explaining Hindu teachings from the start. Then trying to get them to understand this at an older age don't make sense. Hindu parents also need to know how to explain Hindu religion differences to abrahamic religions so they don't grow up with these conflicts, rather they grow up with understanding and appreciation. But Hindu parents don't know how to do this, then get frustrated why their kids don't follow along.
