Ingredients
Butter -110 g 1/2 cup
Brown sugar dark or light any -60 g 5 tablespoons caster sugar -30 g 2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence-2 tsp
Milk - 30 ml 2 tablespoons
All purpose flour-180 g 1+1/3 cup
Soda -1/2 tsp 3 g
Chocolatechips -1/4 cup
For chocolate cookie
Coco powder-2 tbsp for leftover 90 gram dough
Brown sugar -1 tablespoon
Or chocolatechunks optional
Method
Take a bowl put butter (room temperature)
Add brown sugar
White sugar or caster sugar
Add vanilla essence in it
Add milk mix well
Add all purpose and soda in dough batter mix well make a dough
Now for Nutella make a dough fill Nutella balls in it freeze for 10 mins then bake
For chocochip cookies put chocolate hips in a dough freeze for 10 mins then bake
For Chocolate cookies put coco powder and Brown sugar mix well make a dough and freeze cookie
Bake all cookies on top rack
Both rods on
For 160 degrees
20 to 25 mins
Serve hot with milk 😇
