My mum always made it with crisps(potato chips) and fresh tomato.
It was a lunch staple during lent when I lived in Greece. I know people think is weird but tastes so good and nostalgic to me. And now that I live in the UK I always go for a chip butty after drinking.

I've been living off these for 2 years with free or $1 fries at most FF places and a single hamburger which my 2 dogs share ( I steal the bun and condiments. ) Delicious when you're hungry and poor!
