My boy your just going with Shippuden logic, og Naruto had a lot of potential wasted. Like Naruto was on the verge of collapsing due to 8 trigram 64 palm but survived due to nine tails chakra. Chakra is life force itself, Shippuden retcons things even as simple as the byakugan.

Certainly a Wonder how Toneri's thing works.
I would agree with this but it makes me wonder if some people Die by spamming Multi-Clone due to maybe having terrible Chakra Control or not knowing limits leading to their death by doing too much without restraining themselves. Along with aren't some Shinobi amping themselves physically with Chakra while also just using Taijutsu without even Gates?
Maybe some abilities force your stamina to become Chakra or drain out Stamina teh same as Chakra. Like the God Tree or such.
