To be fair he darth sidious was using his “100%” against ray and he had just taken out an entire armada of ships. And Obi wan was fighting dooku and he was mostly messing around. Though dooku was definitely using full power on Yoda and he was using 1 percent…. I agree with the other comments on mace windu.

Why is Rey always heavily amped. Like beating Kylo in TFA made no sense. It would have been better if rey loss to Kylo instead just like how luke first lost to Vader in TESB, or they should of killed off Rey and replaced her with finn.

Um, she manages to block lighting with the power of all the jedi from sidious who is enhanced by the power of all the sith. So it's not the same as blocking lighting from dooku or pre-prome sidious.
