The purpose of using an LLC is Wyoming is not to avoid tax. It’s for ASSET PROTECTION so no one can see what you personally own.

Doesn't Wyoming offer protection from personal lawsuits and prevent judements from foreclosing on the LLC to collect?

This is horrible advice. I am not sure if you are just saying this on purpose while knowing the real answer so people will comment to tell you that you are wrong to drive up your views and discussion? Please stop pushing misinformation out. LLC's form in Delaware for several reasons but one of them is because of the protection that is given to companies there. If you get sued, Delaware has the Chancery Court that handles only business lawsuits and have judges that understand business law. This is one of many reason for forming an LLC in Delaware. There can be tax benefits depending on your situation. Please do a bit more research before posting a video like this which leads people astray.

You didn't do proper basic research before making this video. For foreigners those states are usually the best and that's something that has to be mentioned.
