Can you explain why doctors throughout my entire life have been saying you shouldn’t eat eggs if you have high cholesterol. I eat eggs every day now, and my cholesterol tests are lower than ever

If you are healthy, have otherwise normal cholesterol, and eat a healthy diet - eggs will NOT harm your health. I'm 45, have been eating around 20 eggs most weeks for many years and have normal bloodwork/biomarkers, and no health issues. Good diet, exercise and sleep are a must.

I love eggs, and I've researched it- I'm happy to pay extra for the organic pasture raised eggs.

I was terrified of fat and cholesterol for years. My doctor convinced me (well I humored her, I didn’t believe her until I saw the results) to go on a high fat, low carb diet. I added in a LOT of eggs. At least 6 a day. My cholesterol went down to normal, my triglycerides went down to normal, my inflammation markers went way down, and my weight went down. I was even able to have another baby in my 40s. I had always needed progesterone with my pregnancies, otherwise I miscarried.😢 With this pregnancy my progesterone was super high! It was by far my best and healthiest pregnancy! Eggs are an excellent source of choline which is necessary for progesterone production! Eat your eggs!💛

Thousands of years in the future after we are all dead this argument will still be made. Eat them or don't eat them. Be happy and live a good life and don't stress over it

The egg is has the most nutrients after mother's milk.

Do not pay attention to the cholesterol claim.

I read about a guy this week that ate eggs exclusively for a month and a lot of eggs. He stated his LDL went down and his HDL went up.

My level has always been high since 1st checked at 19 years old. 30 years later, I'm now checked every 6 months. It was WAY HIGHER when I started eating 4-5 eggs every morning. My P.A. said to stop! Back down to one egg & it's back to a "normal" high. 5mg rosuvastatin now and LDL is normal.
