No way people argue vanilla fights, Wrath fights etc, are harder than current fight and KJ in TOS.

Kil'Jaden in lfr was just as difficult as on Normal difficulty. When I did lfr was after I did the fight on normal and the lfr raid broke 3 times before we managed to kill him. It was a lot of fun and coordinating people during the fight was tiring but fulfilling when he fell.

The hardest boss of all time in terms of wipes and mechanics, but technically Ouro stands for longer. 87 days after AQ launched in fact - being that he was an optional boss, everyone wanted to throw attempts into C'thun and other overlooked him or deternined the reward wasn't going to help that much.
Kil'jaeden being this hard though was actually perfect. He truly was the final leader of the Burning Legion that we stood even a slight chance against. There is no way you can even comprehend fighting Sargeras let alone actually doing it. Sad Argus acted as a proxy boss there.

This guy was so fucking hard that 2 expansions later on mythic he was STILL unkillable with the wrong group. How do I know? I’ve been through fucking countless groups that have NO idea how to do the fight and 90% of the time they just dip before he’s even dead. Probably my lowest kill to death ratio on any raid boss I’ve ever done tbh 😂

To the people that think C'Thuun is more difficult: while he was a hard boss, he was originally unkillable mathematically. However even if he was difficult after his nerf, that still does not compare AT ALL to how hard Kil'Jaeden was. C'Thuun had far fewer mechanic and the player bass overall was not as skilled. Kil'Jaeden takes all of the most punishing mechanics and requires so much more team coordination than any other boss that this game has had over the years
