Hey, do you take recommended recipes? I have a great one for oysters. Take cucumber, tomato, onion, black pepper, lemon or lime juice, diced chili peppers, salt. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz. Pour into container and freeze the block into a shallow rectangle. Take frozen block out and let it slowly melt over a cheesecloth or large coffee filter, the drained liquid will be clear and delicious. Two options here, you too shucked oysters with this liquid and it will be awesome. On a hot day, you can freeze the liquid until you can shave the ice, top shucked ousters with this flavorful granita. Cheers from a fellow Marylander.
