I installed 15ltr Marine Calorifior on a separate coolant system that runs to the front of my van using a 12v Bosh pump, through a heat exchanger, which you can pick up anywhere online depending on where you live.

Doing it this way keeps your vehicle's coolant system separate from the hot water system in the campervan. This is a big benefit especially if you go off-road or drive plenty of country roads. If you have touched Hawthorn Spike you know how sharp they are if they puncture your piping and you have not separated your coolant system from the van and the Calorifior.

Then, your coolant will leak out all over the road, and your van engine will overheat. This way, if you get a leak in any of your pipes, whether that's under the van or in the back, you will still be able to drive the van.

You could even use this system to install underfloor heating if you have the skills.
