3️⃣Back up your claims
Anyone can say "I have great leadership skills" but not anyone can actually back it up. So instead of saying something like "I'm a great leader" say something like this: "I'd say my greatest strength is leadership. Throughout university I always strive to be a leader in whatever I do. I started and led a public speaking club, and I was also the team leader in almost any university project that I worked on.
