It is indeed good shit. Used to hear this music every morning before work, as i always started my day off with some AC:NL.
The secretly best songs in the game are the somber tunes that play during the night hours though. It's rare to be up that late/early, but when you are, oh boy is it ever the treat :). They fuel my anxiety laden melancholy something fierce (in a good way :P).
Edit: and so after some contemplation I just realized I'm an ugly liar. I'm from a country that uses the 24 hour clock, not the 12 hour one used in most English speaking countries. So it didn't click in my head that 7.PM is in the evening, not the morning... I mean, I still recognize the music, because I'd also play the game the first things I did AFTER I got home from work as well. But obviously I couldn't have heard it in the morning... I'm sorry for being a dunce, people.

Ok this is what i want my future to look like.-Driving in the car with my kids, who beg for me to turn on better music. I'm not listening, I'm absorbed into the chilling yet beautiful 3am new leaf music while driving down a wet road. I can't wait to get home and open my 3ds and be greeted by my villagers. I can't wait for Molly to ask me to catch her a butterfly, I can't wait to go plant more perfect fruit, I can't wait to sail to the island for some mini game tour fun.-I'm lost in thought and all of a sudden my car swerves while my kids scream. Then... silence. -The car has flipped and I no longer hear my kids. I crawl out of the burning car. I see my kids in the car, gone. I get up and run home with two broken legs because the sale at timmy and tommys shop ends in 21 minutes and i need that rococo chair at half price. -My husband and I grieve everyday, he is not taking it well. One of my favourite villagers just moved in so I'll be happy for a couple weeks and not think about my recently deceased kids. -Pango the anteater gave me a picture of herself, I'm truly happy. Who needs kids when you have an anteater and a rabbit as your bestfriends on a game? -This is the life I want, Thankyou for reading.

i can't help but also feel a sense of sadness whenever i hear music from acnl, specifically this song. it's so beautiful but also so nostalgic and calming at the same time. makes me wanna go back in time to relive these memories... when everything was just way better...
