I just found your channel & love your work! I have an autoimmune condition that makes eating a gamble to the extent that I prepare almost 100% of my food from scratch. My stomach doesn't work well, so everything needs to be basically a liquid or soft for me to digest. A lot of people with my conditions - there tends to be a family of overlapping comorbidities - are soooo reactive to all the chemicals in food. It's not food anymore. Products random become "unsafe" all the time that people have used when the company swaps out an ingredient for a cheaper one. I'm glad there is someone exposing & explaining these things to people. Shy of growing your own produce, buying meat & dairy from local producers, & baking your own bread; it's almost impossible to eat not sickly in the US. Taste doesn't mattee much to me, I use food as fuel & they've made even that nearly impossible. I'm scared & excited to see more of your content.

As much as I support the point that American bread is horrible for you, using fear-mongering is not the way, you can take any scary sounding chemical name and make it sound worse than it actually is, almonds contain loads of cyanide, potassium in bananas is slightly radioactive and explosive etc

Rule of thumb: If China doesn't allow It in their food, you shouldn't allow It under ANY circumstances.
