Assamese faina pitha banane ke liye, sabse pehle 1 cup rice flour ko 1/4 tsp salt aur paani ke saath gundhkar dough tayyar karein. Phir, 1/2 cup grated jaggery aur 1 cup grated coconut ko ek pan mein halka sa bhun kar filling bana lein. Dough se choti balls banakar unhe flat karein, beech mein coconut-jaggery filling daal kar band karein, aur kachori jaisa shape dekar steamer mein 15-20 minutes tak steam karein. Garam-garam faina pitha ko chai ya dahi ke saath serve karein.
