И никаких секретов, все тротуары и дороги вечером перед снегопадом посыпают специальным реагентом и снег сам тает без участия человека. А если снегопад очень сильный, то ночью техника его убирает, а днём очень много пробок потому, что в снегопад все садятся за руль, потому что всем хочется комфортно перемещаться.
