The people who say this haven't had tinnitus. Same as Drs who say "there is no cure" when you reach out for help.
I so wish I could click my fingers and stop thinking about tinnitus. If I could then I wouldn't be having tinnitus would I?

Muscle tension in the neck is the cause mostly. Address all areas of muscle tension/tightness... Correct rounded shoulders and posture...
Proper diaphragmatic breathing I. E. Don't mouth-breathe/chest breathe... Proper core muscle engagement...
I had terrible tinnitus for a couple years. Got rid of it. Occasionally I can get a little flare up here and there, but not bad.

Liam stops tinnitus,.... says dry fasting for several days, cold showers,strict carnivore diet, grounding and few other supplements thrown in should eventually silence tinnitus if you do these things for as many months as needed to silence it.
Have you tried this combination, and do you think it can help? Oh, and that's several days, every month.
