I thought you were going to make a point about the difference between 110v and 220v but, you took the 'other tack'.
You orally state there is no "performance difference" yet onscreen, you verbally state what the difference is and [to me] not being able to keep the heater on while the jets are on high constitutes a degradation of performance.

220 Heats the water quick and is more energy efficient. You can run the jets and heater at the same time with no heating loss.
The 110 works to heat or run the jets. 110 does not do much heat when you run the jets. So you loose heat and then have to heat it up again when your done with the tub and cover it. In addition it takes a much longer time to get the water to heat up with the 110 thus more cost and less full usability over all.
