If you have narrow shoulders you can wear anything. I'd be impressed if you found a style that made them look significantly larger w/o padding. The point is for your shoulders to look narrow, and they already do, bc they are, so.. It's much harder to style broad shoulders because they're a lot of options that don't look good.
