I was chilling in my car one day, and a little girl i didn’t know at all ran and jumped on my car (while i was still inside) i Told her to get off, but when she said a dog was chasing her, i told her to get in, and told her she was safe. After the dog left the area i asked where she stayed and drove her there. Point is, things are replaceable, and a little compassion goes a long way, but people need to control their pets.

Evidently she heard the child screaming as he was being mauled by not 1 but 3 dogs working as a gang. She heard him jump on her car too. She was probably watching the whole time. That boy jumped to save his life because nobody could help him and she definitely wasnt. At some point this lady or her family members will need help and her reaction to this horrific situation will revisit her. She just opened up a way for karma to come back at her for this. The whole block heard heard this boy. Im sure if the man across the street was closer he would have done something. This boy was pretty much at her door as this unfolded to have this happen. Why is that woman telling this child to get off her car? Didn't she hear his screams? Are those her dogs? Call the police, She needs to go to jail, the dogs need to be picked up for being loose- Not on a leash, and examined for rabies, the child needs go to ER, the parents needs to sue that woman and take her to court if they are her dogs!
