The flight crew with open seating can take care of the whole plane, when on a flight with first class, that flight crew has to spend all their time with them. Southwest customer service is going to suffer with this seat change.

Everything about flying commercial has become a nightmare. These companies are all about extracting every last cent from the customer while also making them feel like they are detestable scum that dares to board their precious aircraft. We need a better passenger bill of rights that provides us with far more common decencies.

Flying used to be a fun luxury, now it's torture. Smaller seats/leg room means more air rage. At some point they will figure this out. Ugh.
