I figured this out when I tried it out for a summer camp. Itā€™s super fun, I hope to get properly certified and do it for real

I figured this out randomly while swimming with my cousins at a beach.
I described it to myself as if I was a balloon, exhale to ā€œdeflateā€ and inhale to ā€œinflateā€

Been certified for a few years, but actually learned this when practicing for the SOCOM dive test. Its helped a lot though, and itā€™s very fun. Love scuba diving.

The only problem with me doing this exhibition is that I can't seem to fold my legs this way šŸ˜‚

Iā€™m a kid that likes swimming, only problem is that I float like a piece of driftwood. Even when I exhale underwater, I still float and I literally cannot dive.

I could exhale underwater but I don't remember what happened after I inhaled. šŸ¤”

I never went scooba diving before, but that is how i swim in pools. I love swimming, and before i just dive into the deep ends, i tend to wade above, drop, exhale all the air, and kick off the bottom to reach the top. It's a good readjustment to any random pool or lake I go to that is deep, and a good way to controll your beathe and heart rate. When i was younger i used to lay on the bottom of a 8 or 9 foot pool to scare people into thinking im dead, fun times.

I mastered that skill with a weight belt.

But how
Like you have the same amound of air and steel its just moved
Does it have to do with the lungs shape?

Another piece of advice, if you inhale under water without an air supply youā€™ll never go diving again.

When you can do this upside down then you can say you've "Guru'd" buoyancy.

Except rule #1 is never stop breathing. If you hold your breath and ascend a few feet you can burst your lungs.

I've the power of being more bulky than you. The only way I sink is if the breath out everything I got.
