How does it do with rain since it’s not under an eaveI I’m trying to determine if it needs to be at 9 ft above as Ring recommends, but it might be costly to get a electrician to create another wired outlet.

I noticed the old version i have worked better in night vision mode the new floodlight one i got with bird eye view doesn't work good they sent me 3 different new ones already and night vision doesn't work good i sent them pictures of my old one how it look in night vision mode you can see more than the new one i paid $269 for the top of the line floodlight they have but doesn't work good in night vision mode my old one LED gave out so thats why i bought a new model don't know if anyone else noticed this problem with new model
