That’s how it’s supposed to be.
Goes to show that being pregnant isn’t an excuse to be overweight afterwards and stay overweight.
This is completely normal in Japan and has nothing to do with urban legends but with eating healthy and moving your body to a normal degree, like going for a walk 30 minutes a day.
