Science assumes the world is intelligible. Therefore you conclude science assumes there is an intelligence behind creation. Because otherwise they would accept mystery.

Good word. But remember that things like the creation are not natural events. The resurrection is the same class. They may result in measurable, โnaturalโ elements in our world. But they themselves are beyond tracing out.
