I own a 6.0 Powerstroke and never had it studded or any major work done to it.
I drive it like a truck and not a race car and the only thing I’ve ever had to change was the oil cooler. 158,000 so far

6.4 & 6.7 are great engines. 6.4 got a bad wrap because of the emissions crap. delete it like every diesel and they’re tanks. keep up with maintenance and you’re golden

I own a 67 with 190 thousand miles on it, they need work before they’re a fantastic engine. I will be honest. I did a “weight reduction” on mine, got rid of the ccv (the cause of one of the issue in this video), and did an S&S CP4 disaster prevention kit, and that truck runs like an angels marathon
