An educative post on the difference between being a furry and being an animal artist. 🤷‍♀️

I already got called a narcissistic person for saying that werewolves (so cursed humans who turn into a FERAL wolf) aren't furries.
Because the first legends of werewolves described them as just normal wolves but way bigger which is why the wolves from Twilight are normal wolves, just bigger.
But more human looking werewolves are still not furries because they're not fursonas.
They're cursed humans.
Just like animal artists who draw normal animals aren't furries.
Being a furry is calling yourself one.
And that's all!
A lot of people even do the difference between anthro and furries!
Personally i prefer feral and anthro but less furry.
Because furries looks even more human than anthro, they're literally humans with fur and an animal head.
But i still love them.
So people, furries haters and furries bullies next time you want to bother an animal artist telling them that because they draw talking feral wolves it makes them a furry, learn to respect boundaries and learn that no, normal animals aren't furries and if the person tell you they're not one then stop pushing your ignorant belief into them.
There is not a single definition of what a furry is and even furries fight each other about what a furry is.
A lot say feral aren't furries and others say they are furries.
So who is right and who is wrong?
There is 3 pov:
The ones who say they're part of the fandom
The ones who say they're not (which is my case)
And the ones who say it can be a part of the fandom (which i agree a bit with it if the feral character is a sona).
But in the end respect people's pov because this is not by harassing and attacking people that you will make them like the fandom.
