I really believe Leon was holding back the team. Razor is ruthless in removing people in the environment that doesn't align with the team vision and goals. The All Blacks attack wasn't setting the world on fire until Razor over ride the attack. We can see the boys playing freely in attack whereas Leon, attacked very conservative. One thing we know about Razor, he allows free flowing footy once the forwards achieve the grunt work.
