I really appreciate this message. I know how easy it is to compare ourselves to others and feel defeated, but youâre right. It just doesnât matter and itâs unfair to do that to ourselves because what we sometimes fail to realize is, all of us have had different lives and experiences, and for someone like me whoâs suffered years of trauma, just being able to be vulnerable can be the biggest leap when for securely attached people itâs a common thing. Thatâs good for them, but itâs also good for me to be able to take the steps good for me as well. Thank you Matthew, Iâve watched so many of your videos and have bought your book. You are a wonderful healer and the empathy you convey in your messages is not only inspiring, but is healing.

Really needed to hear this today. Thank you Matt! Sometimes I get so caught up in my friends or family members lives and I think "Why am I not there yet?"
I just have to remind myself that stages in life are not a race and that I need to focus on whats right for me at this present time.
It's been hard but I'm pressing on and just praying God will guide me in all things.
Of course, I have to do my part as well.
