Throw it EVERY DAY.
From LONGER DISTANCES.
They’d do 10 pull downs from 90-120 feet
(That’s 1.5x-2x how far the pitcher’s mound is)
That allowed them to have great control
And develop lots of trust with it so they could throw it in any count
I think this could be a great idea for pitchers looking to develop their offspeed…
Especially with changeups and splitters.
Curious how well it would work with a Slider and Curveball.
Feel like it might be too far, but if anyone has tried it lmk down below!
