Hi! it can be dangerous to go into your arabesque on pointe like that, I would also advise you don't do much away from the bar on pointe if your still in your first weeks. Very good on the ankle and leg exercises though, they are extremely beneficial and I wish I started them earlier when I started on pointe. I would also make sure you have some of your basic technique down like rolling through your demi pointe and not rolling forward in your plies, those small details are crucial in ensuring your muscles are built up how they need to be to sustain pointe work. Lastly don't do pointe work without a teacher or very very experienced dancer until your teacher says you can, usually for at least a couple months. Congratulations on your first week though!! 😊

So cool that your learning! In the beginning i would recommend only training pointe with an experienced dancer present, teaching yourself the wrong way may seriously harm your body. As someone else said you are rolling forward in plie, things like that are very basic to know and an experienced dancer might help with that! Also do a lot of foot/ankle strenghtening excercises as wel as loosening up your new pointes with them on. :)

plies are too deep, tuck your butt in, never lean forward in a plie, your feet are rolling forward, if you are too go that deep in a plie, that is a grande plie, you would then releve your feet. Keep your body aligned. ON Bouree's going forward, slightly flex your front foot to get better movement. Your turn out stems from your hips, don't force it. keep working, your doing good

Your comments mix Russian and English, don't know which one to choose.😅 Great work! I think I've fallen in love with your voice already
