Can I walk in place in my home I always do about 100 steps walking in place

It helps me a lot, except in the mornings when my sugar spikes. Exercises during this time makes it jump as high as 200. I’m not on insulin, sugar is fine in the 80’s before bed and normal range all day. Just morning. Any suggestions on how to get it down? I started drinking ACV right away when I wake up, seems to help a little.
