Thats why my company doesn't recommend coatings on warehouse floors. Polished concrete is stronger, mote scratch resistant and far cheaper to repair. We run about 4$ a square foot for a polish. You can barely buy the epoxy let alone install it for 4$ a square foot. There also isnt an epoxy that will resist a forklift scratching for more than a few months. Epoxy in a warehouse is vanity, not sense.

I love how people with negative comments act like they have a clue about resinous floors. There are so many factors and many different types of resinous flooring options to fit the environment and customer’s specific desires. Coatings are booming and there are many new companies popping up everywhere. Hire a reputable company that stands behind their work. If you need a virtually indestructible floor they can give it to you. If your a grandma who makes sandwiches for you grandkids and just want a pretty floor, there are options for that too. Know your options and do not get sold something you don’t need.

I work for a company (which shall remain unnamed) which carries this product. It's beset with problems. In epoxy, the roller impressions don't go away, the pigment color is uneven, the floor gets covered with wheel marks within days of rack movement. In polyurethane, the product comes away from the floor, leaving chips, cracks everywhere.
Is this a material problem or is it due to improper application and mixing?

Very vague statement depends on the specs and products and the applicator . I wish your installers would wear better PPE I don’t know what state you’re in, but if this was at a Florida airport there would be issues, please correct me if I am wrong. Also, I would recommend a three-part traffic membrane system in this video , and this obviously is not

No that's not true !! If what you are selling as an epoxy floor is using sub standard material !! The ones I do hold up for a really long time !! Mostly lab's , cage wash areas , dog washes 42 in high cove base !! You only get 3 to 4 years out of them!!???? Then grind and re broad cast !! And the caulking coat and then top coat !! ??

I used the stuff sold at Home Depot. After 15 years, my garage floor still looks good. There are a few spots that could use some touch-up, but that's it.
