Excelente. Você poderia mostrar como seria a defesa do cruzado dentro do estilo de vocês? Eu pratico boxe e gosto de usar uma guarda mais longa como essa do karate. Mas acabo sentindo um pouco de dificuldade na defesa do cruzado com a lead hand da guarda e acabo usando só o movimento de pé e cabeça. Mas sinto que falta uma defesa de mão eficiente pra mim. Como vocês defendem de cruzados no estilo machida?
