Yeah, I tried to artificially tone my 2022 maple, it wouldn't go past a gold color. As where other silver coins will turn rainbow. So I cleaned it and did it again, same result. That protective layer they put on their coins after 2017 really works.

I have several Canadian maples in my "Stack ", and prefer these coins to say British Britannia's because of the 'Milk Spotting ' issues! TRM can fix this very easily but have not been addressing this problem despite having customers bombarding them with Emails on this issue!

Up here in Canada, Milk spotting is a good sign. Easier to sell because it is real. Milk spot= not fake. Anything 2018 and up do not milk spot as much. Cheaper if you get the ones before 2018 perfect to save on premiums. Some sell 4cad over spot.
