i love my bologna sandwiches fried in a little butter and then put of fresh bread and put ketsup on it. Never thought about cheese but I think that sounds great.

I cut mine to look like WW1 Iron Crosses. They just fry up so good that way. Toast, lettuce and tomato. Mayo and mustard. Crispy. Crunchy. Like a BLT, but the B is for Bologna. I should add bacon. BBLT. Xtra mayo!
