Got prescribed AZELAIC acid for my severe rosacea a few years back and it changed my life. If I get off it for a few days though it comes back but it’s a good treatment .

I remember when you were rating skincare ingredients that you didn’t believe in azelaic acid, saying you thought it was more a pushed marketing gimmick because it was a "solution looking for a problem." I still started using it over a year ago as my main active ingredient, because I kept hearing so many good things about it, and so have been absolutely DYING to hear your opinion on it again. Great to see that it seems to have changed!! :))

As it turns out, breakouts are not a teenage thing only. My friend's sister didnt break out at all during her teens but started to break out after turning 20🫠

My grandmother died at 74, and she was still getting breakouts. I've accepted that they're just a thing I'll likely always get.

Prescription azelaic acid cleared up my skin even after accutane didn’t. This was 20 years ago. I never understood why it wasn’t used in more products.

I am just waiting for Haru Haru to put vit C and azelaic acid into their mineral SPF and I can minimize my morning skincare routine to just one product and start using a foundation! In the long run oily, acne prone skin does not do well with layers, no matter how thin the layers are...

I love Azelaic Acid, been using it since you first recommended it. I also love the Bioderma Sebium range which you once had a promo for. Thanks for this new LRP recommendation! Your recs always turn out spot on for me!! 😊

I love Finacea from the pharmacy! Just straight up azelaic at 15%, it's OTC in most places in Europe I think

Mine only started after I turned 25. When I was a teenager my skin was basically flawless. I got a zit here or there, seldomly. Now my chin is almost always covered in pimples

I’ve been using the third step of Isdin Acniben and it’s been doing wonders to my skin, i think it has salicylic acid, mandelic acid and glycolic acid
