I quit drinking but find apple cider viniger causes high histimine . Its awful .DOA helped but I ran out . But i take high doses of b vitimins . Thankyou .this information helps .
I dont want to drink Alcohal any more .
A c v seems to help in other ways . But the hystimin is awful .

Anecdotal evidence for me completely confirms this. I fully used to drink a lot and supplement pretty brilliantly and never really got hangovers, then when I found out I had mast cell I stopped but as I got better I slowly allowed alcohol back in here and there but didn't supplement as well as I once did and my symptoms would often flare. Began supplementing again - more for lay empirical studying fun and I once again would have no reactions. I will also say though: the higher the distillation the less the results too. Thanks for this help, Doc.
