The left indicator of the truck was on. Not sure if the rear one for left indicator worked. However, it's bikers fault to overspeed and overtake on the wrong side.
yes the truck was slowing down as well. The biker should have common sense to analyse the traffic and movement of vehicles!!

Those who are saying it was Truck's fault aren't using their minds. Truck has been in this land only as we can see other vehicles moving fast on the right lane. Truck driver had his indicator on. He was also moving slowly.
One big thing people are missing is, the bike was in Truck's blind spot. If that guy got the licence in proper way, he would have read about blind spots.
The bike guy should have stopped as the truck was already taking a turn. In fact he was the one who went under the wheels than truck going over him
If you "buy" your license this is the price you have to pay.

Some bikers have zero common sense. It's ironic because, they have more risk riding bikes, but barge infront of the vehicles whithout considering speed , visibility, indicators etc.
