Ingredients:
500 gms Bhindi/Okra
1/2 cup roasted gram flour/besan
1/4 roasted and crushed peanuts
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder, or to taste
1 tsp dhania/coriander powder
1 tsp amchoor powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Sugar
Pinch of aesofotida
Salt
Oil for the stuffing and cooking
Method:
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and pour 2 tbsp hot oil. Mix well and keep aside.
Cut the bhindi and make a slit. Use the stuffing mixture and stuff each bhindi.
Heat oil in a pan and add the stuffed bhindi. Cover and cook in low flame.
Serve them hot with rotis!
