Ingredients:

1️⃣Recipe of Desi murgi:

Desi chicken(دیسی مرغی):1/2kg
oil(تیل):1 cup
onion(پیاز): تین عدد
Tomato(ٹماٹر): چار عدد
Garlic(لہسن): سات عدد
Red chilli(لال مرچ): 2tbs
Salt(نمک):2bs
Black chilli(کالی مرچ ): 2tbs
Green chilli(ہری مرچ): 3
turmeric(ہلدی): 1tbs
Garm Masala(گرم مصالہ): 1/2tbs
coriander(دھنیا)
water:4 large cup

2️⃣Silat(Salad)

Onion
cucumber
tomato
greenchilli
White radish(مولی)
coriander
black pepper

3️⃣ roti(chapti)
Add Salan in chapti
coverout for 10 mnts

4️⃣Now add silat and mint chatni
