She right avout awareness. Im starting to accept that im a psychic and im 36. Been so many years i been experiencing weird things and idk how i know them. And im not big on psyvhic. But as i get older im starting to think is a real thing in people. Vut its very very hard to control. Its all about being aware. And having a clear mind. But its weird. Cause its not about concentrate on anything but being aware of it. U can do something and ur mind can be aware of something else without u self being aware of it. Its all about having a open mind. Not so judgemental. Being limited is like having your mind set on something without having it expanded and open. This is the opposite of being aware.

I literally just did this yesterday, tried to catch a hat with my eyes closed, I missed 2 catches so I shifted to maybe catching it is asking tok much for a test so I simply tried to pick it up off the floor and I'm telling u it was like an outline of it in the darkness, but I've been trying to astral project so maybe it's just a part of the growth

Did that thing on top of my head where I just wiggled my fingers and moved it around my head to my face. I would feel some sort of mild electrical current, while my eyes were closed, I still continue to play with it to this day and still get amazed! I want to know more about this..
