This only works for a certain group of men who like watching sports. I myself have no interest, and many other men don't either. Just approach a man and ask him what he's interested in and you will be able to listen to him talk for two hours. In the end he will think you are the coolest person ever.

I was thinking about what she said and realized that if I had walked up to a lady with a jersey on and she flat out said that she just worked to get guys attention that would be very attractive because you just don't get that kind of straightforwardness and honesty out of people these days. She's not trying to manipulate you, she's just trying to get your attention. She deserves extra bonus points for that!

I love the advice to come clean right from the start. If a man doesn't completely understand that immediately then they are not self aware. The Jersey isn't necessarily about a shared interest with men, but rather it makes you more approachable. Then the truth makes you even more attractive. It doesn't have to be sports, it can be anything displaying interest in something other than beauty care and shopping.

As a man, if I approached a woman in a jersey and she told me honestly that she just wore it to get a man's attention, I would ask her out immediately. That kind of immediate and open honesty is unheard of.

Best way to get a man to talk to you is to talk to them.
Wearing casual clothes also helps because of doesn't feel like you are trying to be above them and are more down to earth. Men love a traditional Tomboy, they love it when their girl wears their clothes, they love loyalty, they love honesty, they love compliments, and they love making someone who appreciates and accepts them on every level happy.

I'm a man, football to me (the English sort), is 22 blokes booting a leather thing into a net and getting paid ridiculously, and football is the sport I know most about.
I met my wife talking about books; especially fantasy and and science fiction, I can also do philosophy, computer games, dogs, light opera, classical music, science, history or a bazillion other things, because I mmm, you know, have interests!
