Love the contrast, the water, the perfectly placed dark shadows and bright lights unique to Saturn, and the more pixelated graphics which helps conseal all seams. I just KNEW vanilla would have some benefits still lacking in later versions. Better sound quality in cutscenes too?

It’s interesting, I believe the first tomb raider came out on Saturn first and was built from the ground up on Saturn. Then it was ported to the ps1.

I wished Sega had their SGL for all developers from the very beginning.

Esse efeito de água do Saturn é realmente show, impressionante. Melhor até do que na versão de PC.
Pena que o Saturn perde em praticamente todo o resto.
As cores no PS1 são mais equilibradas (até que a versão de PC) e o framerate do PS1 é muito mais estável.
Mas a de Saturn ainda é uma boa versão.

Even though the game was originally created using Sega Saturn's hardware, TR1 as a whole looks much better on the PS1. Textures, shadows, transparency, etc. Interesting comparison though. Make a video showing more gameplay please! Keep up the great work.
