I caught my first dunk like this at West Hempstead Middle School back in 1988. I was 11 at the time and about 5β-7β. That was wild.
As I grew vertically, I jumped higher and got stronger simultaneously with an intelligent approach. I was fortunate to have widespread exposure and experience of high level athletic devleopment during my formative years of childhood and schooling. It cost no money.

Combine old school wood chopping, hand sawing, and sanding to your list of strength training gems. No weight room can do what this will. It is a strength you may not see but you can feel and it doesnβt go away π«΅πΌππΌπͺπΌ
