They are hard to find as they blend in with the sand. I interacted with one for a hour. I just turned it over to reveal the colourful shell and then I waited and waited then it came out and flipped itself back over. That is something amazing to see.

Meh. I lived in Florida and conch fritters are pretty much in most places. they're 'ok' but I wouldn't go out of my way for them. I love Escargot though but I suppose when you drowned anything in garlic butter= how bad could it be. I found conch to be tough a lot.
