Simple salty pretzel...my way👌😘
Sastojci/Ingredients:
100 ml mlake vode/lukewarm water
1 žličica šećera/1 tsp of sugar
20 g svježeg kvasca/of fresh yeast
100 g brašna (tip 550)
Ove sastojke spojiti i ostaviti oko 10-15 min.
Combine these ingredients and let them stand for about 10-15 min.
Dodati još/Add more:
500 g brašna/of flour(all-purpose )
100 ml mlijeka/of milk
100 g jogurta/of yogurt
1 žličica meda/1 tsp of honey
1 jaje/1 egg
40 ml ulja/sunflower oil
40 g omekšalog maslaca/of softened butter
12 g soli/of salt
Preljev/Dresing:
20 g brašna/of flour
1/2 žličice soli/1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 žličice sode bikarbone/1/4 tsp of baking soda
40 ml vode/of water
Vrijeme pečenja/Baking time:20-30 min-200 *C(posuda sa vodom)-(container with water)
