All of you saying Sandman did nothing wrong and Spiderman was in the wrong have a lot to take into consideration. Was his daughter in his custody or joint custody? If not it's kidnapping and a felony. The child was dressed warmly, which meant cold weather, how was Sandman going to keep her warm at night when the temperature dropped? If he resorted to theft, that's another felony. The grandmother and Sandman were also child endangerment because the grandmother let her out unsupervised and Sandman is obviously unfit to watch her as he is a dangerous supervillain. he skips information. Peter didn't lie to her, The grandma was just not suitable to take care of her because she let keemia play outside just so she could watch television, and that's why child protective services takes her away. the story shows peter feels bad about what happen and keemia is sadly put in a bad foster home hoping sandman comes to save her one day
