I wasn't sure, but then Kyle tapped it so I knew it wasn't going anywhere.

I'd recommend using a pilot bit before using any uni-bit. Will extend the life of those immensely.

Does putting that anchor right on the control joint assist that edge in cracking quicker?

Hi, amazing job. I'm curious about those posts base, did you paint them? If not, can you share the code of those brackets? Thanks

Do you like Makita better than Milwaukee. Flex, etc? If so, why?

Am I imagining it, but did that crack get more pronounced as the big anchor was set?

Are you concerned about trapping water in the saw cut by blocking drainage with the bolt?

Won’t that crack the slab eventually because it’s right over the control joint? And won’t water pool up under it and rust the anchor? Plus water is now got a path into the slab!

So, what are the fasteners?

Wow, exactly in the center of the control joint. Be careful when you say that it does not go anywhere. Just to let you know concrete shrinks the CJ opens a gap and the anchor lose confinement. I like your channel though.
